Se intendi campeggiare all'Ypsicamping durante Ypsigrock devi munirti di Ypsicamping Pass. 

L’accesso all’area camping é riservato SOLO a chi ha effettuato la presente prenotazione online. Non si può prenotare in loco.

L'Ypsicamping Pass permette l’accesso SOLO all’area campeggio per il pernottamento da giovedì 8 agosto 2024 fino alla mattina di lunedì 12 agosto 2024.
Il costo della prenotazione è di 45€/persona.
La quota è fissa a persona e NON dipende dai giorni di pernottamento (es. 1 o 4 pernottamenti costano sempre 45€/persona). Il prezzo dell'Ypsicamping Pass non cambia quindi se il giorno di arrivo è giovedì, venerdì, sabato o domenica.
L'Ypsicamping Pass NON include l’abbonamento al programma del festival, per il quale c’è da acquistare il festival pass separatamente su DICE.

I posti a disposizione sono limitati, quindi se ti interessa campeggiare all'Ypsicamping ti consigliamo di prenotare con largo anticipo.

I bambini e ragazzi da 0-13 anni pernottano gratuitamente all'Ypsicamping, ma devono essere obbligatoriamente accompagnati da un adulto pagante per tutta la durata del campeggio ed è necessaria per ciascuno di loro la prenotazione online (free ticket) da effettuare tramite questo stesso e-shop. In presenza di bambini, vi preghiamo di effettuare un unico ordine in cui inserire in carrello sia il free ticket per ogni bambino (0-13 anni) presente nella prenotazione, sia il/i camping pass dell'adulto accompagnatore.

AVVISO: una volta inseriti i prodotti camping di tuo interesse nel carrello, prima di concludere l'ordine, al momento del checkout devi indicare nel campo "Add a note to your order" tutti i dettagli utili alla tua prenotazione (e se ti rendi conto di non averlo fatto, per favore indicali quanto prima via mail all'indirizzo: camping@ypsigrock.it).
Informazioni utili da includere:

• se in tenda con te avrai dei bambini, per favore segnala i loro nomi e la loro età
• le postazioni delle tende sono pre-assegnate, se vuoi che la tua tenda sia posizionata accanto a tuoi amici che hanno già prenotato, indicacelo fornendo anche il cognome e nome usato dai tuoi amici in queste prenotazioni; la tua richiesta sarà soddisfatta nei limiti del possibile
  
• se siete una famiglia o vuoi essere posizionato in una zona relativamente tranquilla, indicalo, ti posizioneremo accanto a persone che hanno fatto la stessa richiesta
• segnala se tu o qualcuno incluso nella tua prenotazione ha allergie
• riporta se tu o qualcuno incluso nella tua prenotazione ha necessità mediche specifiche

YPSICAMPING PASS (this ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE entrance to the festival)

Please read the following information carefully. 

If you plan to camp at Ypsicamping during Ypsigrock, you must purchase an Ypsicamping Pass. 

Access to the camping area is reserved ONLY for those who have made this booking online. You cannot book a site in person.

The Ypsicamping Pass grants access ONLY to the camping area from Thursday, 8 August 2024, until the morning of Monday, 12 August 2024.

Booking costs €45/person.

The fee is fixed per person and DOES NOT depend on the number of nights you reserve (for example, a 1-night stay or a 4-night stay would both cost €45/person). Thus the price of the Ypsicamping Pass does not change if you arrive Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The Ypsicamping Pass DOES NOT include entrance to the festival, for which you must purchase a separate festival pass on DICE.

There is a limited number of campsites available, so if you are interested in staying at Ypsicamping, we advise you to book well in advance.

Children and youth from 0-13 years old stay free at Ypsicamping, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult for the entire duration of their stay; in addition, you must book a free ticket for each child or youth through this e-store. If you are reserving a campsite with children, please place a single order by adding to your cart a free ticket for each child (0-13 years old) in your booking, as well as a camping pass for each accompanying adult. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have added your chosen camping products to your cart and before you finish your purchase, during checkout you must indicate all the pertinent details of your booking in the "Add a note to your order" field (if you realise you haven’t done so, please email the details to us as soon as possible at camping@ypsigrock.it). 

Necessary information to include: 

• If you will have children with you, please specify their names and ages
• Tent sites are pre-assigned. If you would like your tent to be placed next to your friends who have already booked, please let us know, indicating the surname and name they used to reserve their campsite. Requests will be honoured whenever possible
• If you are a family or want to request a relatively quiet camping spot please inform us. We will ensure that you are placed near others who made a similar request
• Indicate if you or someone included in your booking has allergies
• Mention if you or someone included in your booking has specific medical needs
